What a lovely home in a safe neighborhood. Great pickleball court, heated pool and hot tub, comfy beds. Owners were very friendly and responsive when we had questions - even going above and beyond in terms of being helpful! The court is built on a diagonal adjacent to the house, so can be tricky with certain shots. But it’s a great surface and we had a fantastic three days of play. The house is 2.5 miles from a beautiful beach, and there are delicious restaurants nearby (and a nice open kitchen to cook in), as well as several grocery stores. We would have loved an outdoor dining table because the back yard was so nice - we didn’t want to come inside. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels for 6 of us!

This house was perfect for a family of 6 + a grandchild. Exactly as outlined in the listing and the touches around the house were there as to make you feel welcomed in the home. Directions, how-tos and all information was clear. Even small amenities were great! My wife said she really liked the house and would do this same house again, if available.

Above and Beyond Expectations

The house was amazing! They had everything you’d need to enjoy a long stay. From beach chairs and towels to a kitchen full of all your needs. They had a closet full of towels so all 10 of us had plenty to use. Beds and space in the house was great for all 10 of us. The pool was well maintained and an awesome benefit. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. There was even a bag of ice in the freezer waiting for us! They didn’t use cheap products either the toilet paper was actually useable and plentiful unlike most places we’ve stayed. They had nice body wash, conditioner, and shampoo in each bathroom. Only thing to be mindful of is parking, we had 2 larger SUVs and a larger truck and we barely fit without having the last car sideways. The house is about 15 minutes drive to the beach and the downtown area of Neptune beach. Over all highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice pool oasis, clean house, safe neighborhood, and able to hold large groups.

Amazing Family Vacation!

Our family spent our Spring Break here and we were blown away by this property. We are familiar with Jacksonville Beach and were unsure of location at first but having stayed there for a week, we couldn’t have been happier. The house was exceptionally clean and perfectly stocked with everything we could’ve wanted to enjoy a day at the beach or just lounge around the house. The house looked EXACTLY like the pictures. It’s within a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, bars and restaurants. Adventure Landing is right around the corner. Would stay again in a heartbeat! 10/10!

Amazing

We had a large group of mental health therapists all attending a conference in Jacksonville, this property was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked (much appreciated) and the management company was very attentive and helpful. The outdoor space was great, again we had 10 women and everyone had space to be. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat. We didn't get a chance to use all the extras but if I came back with small kids, this would be my #1 choice! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home

I booked this home for my son's homecoming after being deployed for 8 months. I wanted a place that provided comfort and relaxation after being gone for so long. The management company was wonderful to work with. They were very good about communicating with us making sure everything was perfect for our stay. This house provides a wonderful hot tub as well as a heated pool which was so nice. The owner noticed that the pool wasn't heating up properly and made it a point to come over and fix it so that we could continue to enjoy it. They offer a firepit but due to the rainy weather, we weren't able to enjoy that but did leave the firewood we bought for another renter. It is a quiet neighborhood which was so nice. When looking for a place to rent, I always look to see what others say about the comfort of the beds and not many every mention them so I will. The beds were so comfortable. We all slept like babies in them. Pillows were great as well. Some places have pillows that are to hard making a not-so-great night sleep. The house is very well stocked with everything you need to make a meal at the house as well as toiletries, etc. This place is amazing, and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place in JAX. I would like to say thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your home and making our stay a safe and comfortable one. Sincerely, The Davis's

Great getaway house

We went down for the week of Thanksgiving and my sons 7th birthday. Check in was easy and we were surprised as a birthday card was waiting on the kitchen counter, so this was a great way to start the trip and brought a smile to my sons face. The hot tub and heated pool were great as was the outdoors tv! We also like how the bedrooms were spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach and restaurants are close by. Island Donuts was a fantastic breakfast spot.

Awesome family bonding time!

We had three generations of our family here for 5 nights and it was fantastic! We were in Jax for my son's wedding which was downtown. The weather was great and we spent most of our time in the heated pool and hot tub, also taking advantage of the covered patio to get a break from the son. The interior of the house seemed newly renovated, very clean, and had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay. SmartTVs in every bedroom were a plus but honestly we had so much fun hanging out together outside that we didnt use them much. 5 min drive to beach / pier with plenty of parking there, or ride one of the bikes there in 10 min. Only thing that would have improved the stay would have been a third bathroom, but we knew what we were getting into and made it work!

Huge, beautiful property! Enjoyed spending time both inside and outside. Only <10 minute drive to beach, restaurants, & grocery store. Beds were comfortable. Appreciate all the seasonings, spices, coffee filters, paper goods that were provided. The outside patio area was great to relax. Pool and hot tub are perfect.

We were looking for somewhere to stay in Jacksonville while my son was being treated at Mayo Clinic but also convenient to the beach for the rest of the family while we were there This place was perfect.Just minutes away from both Mayo & beach.:The layout was perfect for spending time with family.It was clean &; very well stocked.The pool & outdoor space was our favorite place to hang out.The kids enjoyed the ping pong table & rode bikes.Everything you need for a Beach day is provided.The owners really thought of everything & were very nice &: responsive.I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville.You won't be disappointed!
