Birthday Celebration disaster: After arriving at my room on the third floor. We were told to get the elevators to open, we would have to call the front desk, so we asked to be moved to the first floor. Once we got settled in and unpacked and were resting in our beds, the A/C went out. Went to get assistance, he couldn't fixed a/c, so we were promised a late(2:00p.m.) check out due to several issues. When we went to the front desk the next morning around 11 a.m., the clerk was very loud and rude and stated we needed to get out now, that the clerk the night before didn't request a late check out for us, and they were booked to capacity, so we couldn't check out late. When asked for a manager, she gave us the manager's email and stated that they don't have one on site; she will email him at the end of her shift.
