Water line Broke

We checked in at 3:00 p.m. to find out the water had been turned off for repairs. Water came back on to the hotel shortly after we got to our room. Water pipe broke again and the hotel lost water again. We were staying in Jacksonville for our anniversary and were getting ready to go out to dinner to discover we could not shower to get ready for our dinner. We had to use bottled water to clean up and brush our teeth.Called front desk several times and they did not offer any solution. When w got back to our room after 9:30 p.m. the water was turned back on. I questioned the front desk as to any refund or compensation for the inconvenience, the manager stated my request was sent to management.
