The room was very spacious, the elevator was super quiet, could not even tell it was moving. The breakfast was excellent. I was happy to see that the pool had a lift for disabled people, first time I have ever seen this at a hotel.
For a Hampton Inn, not up to standards.
I asked to have beds made everyday and only 1 day got made out of 5.
Iâve stayed here 2 years in a row and next year I believe I will check in at the Holiday Inn across the way.
There was a pill on the floor in the bathroom. Front desk woman graciously found us a luggage cart. Breakfast was chaotic and worker was overwhelmed. We managed to get some eggs, sausage, and a bagel. Plenty of coffee.
The beds were very comfortable. The reception people and workers in the kitchen area were very nice. Breakfast was good. There were some noisy people in the room above us. We were in 318 that finally around midnight calm down.
Broken exercise equipment. Door locks inop. Not enough light in rooms. Loud road noise. Dogs parking and scratching doors. Noise from upstairs room as if they were doing construction
