Great Place!

We love Amelia, and we had a great trip! The beach and pool were great. We grilled out twice, and the grilling set up is perfect. Our unit was also nice and clean. Lots of cooking supplies, and everything worked well. We enjoyed our trip. One note: if you plan on carting beach supplies to and from the beach with a wagon or something else with wheels (as we did with our two young children), there are a LOT of stairs between the condo and the beach that will make that difficult. There are stairs all along the boardwalk to the beach, and, oddly, the elevator in the building stops between the floors. So, you have stairs no matter what, even if you ride the elevator. We worked around it, and it wasn't a big deal, but we would not have brought our beach wagon had we appreciated this set up before we arrived. Other than that, great trip and property.

A nice surprise

The exterior of the building is nicely landscaped and well maintained. The interior was a nice surprise! Fresh, clean and beautifully updated. Be mindful when you book this location if stairs are an issue even with an elevator there are plenty to climb 😉

Great location near beach and Omni shops!

My family enjoyed a great vacation in this condo! It was a great location and everything is provided, down to the little details of items in the kitchen! The TV remote was acting funny and I contacted Stay Better, who arranged for someone to take care of it right away. The fact that the little details matter to them gives credit to how well they take care of their properties! Thank you for great memories!

Spring Break 2023!

What a great experience at "Blue Angel Fish"! We have stayed in many homes over our twenty years as a family, and this one had the most well-stocked kitchen! Also, the views of the ocean were amazing! Convenient location and great interactions with the host!

Beautiful condo and location!

We had a great week at a very well kept area and property. Love the supplies in the condo to use. Things in the kitchen and baths. It is two floors, but worked fine for us. Was chilly for pool and beach, but beautiful none the less and enjoyed biking and local restaurants.

Wonderful!!

This was an absolute dream to stay in! It literally had anything you could need for vacation! We always forget things like trash bags, hand soap, etc. and it was supplied for us! The condo was beautifully furnished and it was an amazing vacation! Dee was amazing to work with! If I had any questions, she was quick to answer them! We will be coming back in the future!

This unit is exactly as described. Easy access to the beach and pool with all of the bike trails accessible right out your door. The unit was very clean and had all we needed to cook our meals during our stay. Dee was easy to work with and all of the instructions were clear. We really enjoyed the main living space and the rooms on separate floors. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Location

These are typical Shipwatch villas, but this one has been updated. It's not a true "oceanview" condo, as it's too low, but that doesn't matter that much. You are a short walk to the beach and pool. The only gripe is the master bed mattress that needs to be replaced.
