The Space:
TENNIS ANYONE? Your happy place, the oceanfront balcony- pause for morning coffee and take in the ocean waves.

Guest Access:
Press the call button and tell the attendant that you will be staying in B113. There is a gate key once you have entered the property and retrieved the key from the binder. The door code will be sent on the afternoon of arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Life is Swell, B113 located within the Surf and Racket Condo complex located near The Ritz Carlton. Just a short drive away from Historical Downtown Fernandina Beach, shops, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

All properties are self-check-in.
You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival
You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and a security deposit.

*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 31-60 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: 50% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION IS REFUNDABLE
*FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION: THERE IS NO REFUND

Interaction with Guests:
All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.
