Ce condo rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et rĂ©novĂ© est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage de la charmante et privĂ©e Sand Dollar Villas. La piscine cĂŽtĂ© ocĂ©an offre une vue exceptionnelle sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Il y a une terrasse spacieuse au large de la chambre principale avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an et c'est un endroit parfait pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage. Promenez-vous sur la promenade privĂ©e jusqu'Ă  la plage oĂč vous pourrez profiter de beaucoup d'espace pour jouer. Cette plage n'est pas bondĂ©e comme beaucoup le long de la cĂŽte. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, draps, une table de salle Ă  manger avec 4 chaises, Internet sans fil et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e ne sont que quelques-uns des Ă©quipements que cette propriĂ©tĂ© a Ă  offrir. Perfect beach getaway! Hardly anyone on the beach- but great to hear the waves from the condo. Condo was well appointed and cheerful. We ate at The Surf restaurant right across the street.

This is our third time staying at this property and we have had a great time every vacation. The pool is wonderful, beach access is easy, one restaurant within walking distance, and ocean views. The condo has all you need, coffee maker, good showers, keyless entry, and extra beach stuff in the closet. when you walk to the beach, you can see wildlife! Turtles, rabbits, and lizards. I was so sad to leave. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Mothers Day weekend

Well maintained, kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Steps to the beach on a boardwalk that has two areas to rinse off the sand. Unfortunately it stormed a few times but the options on the TVs were great. Would stay again for sure.

Great trip

The location and beach were wonderful. The condo was smaller than we expected for four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) but we made it work. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed, but some things were oversized for the space- like the coffee pot was huge and there was a toaster oven on the counter- nice to have but took up a lot of space so there wasn’t a lot of room for our groceries. We did have a great time. It was also convenient that we did not have to book for a whole week. We were allowed to book a partial week. The owners were responsive and quick to help us with any questions we had. Overall- a perfect getaway.

Lovely Beachside Condo

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed our 5-night stay at this beachside condo. The condo complex itself is one of the older ones on the strip but it is well maintained and in a great location. Parking is easy, the pool is in good shape and the beach is steps away. The condo itself was smaller than I expected based on the pictures but it was perfect for our family of three. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen looks to have been recently renovated with new appliances and the (new?) LG washer and dryer comes in very handy! Bathrooms were immaculate although the ensuite bathroom could use a bit of a refresh. One of the nightstands in the primary bedroom was moved to make way for a large storage closet. I really missed not have a bedside table but other than that, the beds were super comfortable and it was extremely quiet at night. We all slept very well. Location cannot be beat. The Fernandina Historical District is a 10 min drive. There are great restaurants and lot of sightseeing just minutes away. We very much enjoyed out stay!

Perfect Stay!

Great location

We stayed for a moms weekend away, and this was the perfect spot! Great access to the beach, and nearby restaurants. It’s a little older, and could use some upgrades. But for the price and location, it’s a great place! It has everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again, and maybe bring the kids next time

Great beach location - great ocean and sunset views

This Sand Dollar Villas condo was close to perfect - the balcony views of the ocean, morning sunrises and evening sunsets were amazing - the condo was very clean with a cozy living room area, comfortable beds in both bedrooms, a competent kitchen and 2 good sized full bath rooms - quick access to the beach and close by to golf and other attractions - the host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions - Amelia Island is a great vacation location and staying at this condo certainly enhanced our experience

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The condo was fully stocked with towels, kitchen utensils and supplies. The beds were comfortable and you could hear the waves from the ocean from the master bedroom as we slept. The Netflix was a nice touch too on a rainy day. Perfect vacation! Thank you .

Great location on the ocean yet far enough away from noise of lots of people. Quiet surroundings despite construction next door, not their fault. Interior was nice and had enough cookware to make a meal at home. Overall, happy with our stay.
