Welcome to "Surf and Volley Amelia"!!

~ CONSTRUCTION NOTICE!! Beginning Aug 17, 2026, construction on the property will begin to replace handrails on balconies and breezeways.  This work will not be in Building A where our condo is located, but it will be in Building B.  Work will be only Mon-Friday and NOT the weekends.  There could be construction noise around related to this work.  Note that both POOLS will be OPEN during this time.

The view is outstanding, the unit was just as described. This getaway, while on business was just what we needed. We did have time to walk the beach, a stones throw from the back patio! The pool was a bit chilly but quite refreshing!
