Staff was super friendly and eager to help. Room was clean. Breakfast included, uhhhh. Turned out to be breakfast sandwiches in the freezer and a microwave. Didnt try them, so maybe good? Dunno. Check location before booking. Sand in pictures is brought in and placed around the pool. Very cute for landscaping, but its not by the beach.

The motel staff was very friendly. The room was not nice. The table and nightstands were sticky. There was hair all over the bathroom towels; someone had used a blow dryer and the towels had been left. Dirt on door trim. The bedspread was either stained or not clean; it had an odor. The room had plug-in deodorizers that were so polluting that they triggered asthma. There is a kitchenette with zero supplies. No utensils, no dish soap, etc. (You could get a plastic spoon in the office.) This room is not worth the price and I am utterly surpised at the 9.8 rating.

Great location for the Neptune Beach/ Atlantic Beach town center without the oceanfront costs and parking hassle. Impeccably clean, 50’s style old beach vibe was nice. Skip the breakfast.
