Natural light fills the space throughout the day, and the layout flows easily between the living area, dining space, and kitchen - making it just as comfortable for a relaxed evening in as it is for gathering before a day at the beach. A dedicated workspace is available for those who need to stay connected.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking, with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of cookware, dishes, and silverware. A breakfast bar with seating adds a casual dining option alongside the dining table, giving you flexibility for everything from quick morning bites to longer shared meals.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with quality linens, a private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony - so you can step outside to take in the ocean view without leaving the room. The second bedroom is set up with a queen-size bed and connects to an additional full bathroom. Both rooms include ample storage, hangers, extra pillows, and bed linens for a comfortable stay.

Bathrooms
The condo includes 2.5 bathrooms. The primary ensuite features a bathtub, and a hair dryer is available. Essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided throughout.

Beach access & outdoors
A private boardwalk leads directly to the beach - rinse off when you return with the outdoor shower, then settle back into the condo. The balcony gives you ocean views without leaving home, and free parking for two vehicles is included on the premises. A private entrance keeps things easy and low-key.

Practicalities
Self check-in via keypad means your arrival is on your schedule. In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable throughout your stay. An iron and dedicated workspace are also available.
