Independance Week at Sailfish

Our family is big, and we need space and entertainment—and Sailfish at Jax Beach delivered both.The pool area is a tropical paradise with lush landscaping, plenty of seating in both sun and shade, and a clean pool with sitting ledges and a swim-out for relaxing. The putting green was a surprise hit—everyone loved it, and even the dogs had a blast chasing balls across the green!The full kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, right down to the utensils and dishes. Beds were comfy, linens were soft, and there were more than enough towels for everyone. The washer and dryer worked great, and the master shower is truly a masterpiece.The walk to the beach is a little over half a mile, but on the night of the Fourth, it turned into an unforgettable experience—hundreds of families in their front yards setting off fireworks, creating a magical walk under the lights and sounds of celebration.

Sailfish House

The property and house are beautiful. We were 8 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. The management staff was very attentive and prompt to respond if I had a question or need. We were there during Hurricane Helene. A tree came down in the yard and there was a lot of wind damage. The team sent over crews of people to clean up the mess the same day! Location was close to many things. Beach is close, but because of the heat it was too far for us to walk. The kitchen had minimal items. A few pots and pans. If you were to prepare a meal, you would have to literally buy everything. The only thing in the pantry was salt & pepper. There was plenty of dishes and silverware. As far as bath towels, there were 2 per guest and no kitchen towels. We have to do laundry which was no big deal as washer and dryer were new and laundry detergent was supplied. If we were to vacation again, we would most definitely use Home Away. Thank you!

Family Reunion

This space was absolutely perfect in every way for my family and I. We loved how spacious it felt with multiple birthday celebrations for mom and niece. We rarely left this little slice of paradise. This is an awesome beach vacation rental

I was very impressed with this vacation rental. It was modern, clean and would be a great rental for a girls trip, family with kids or couples. The game room, the backyard, the added touch of board games

Fantastic rental!

We had the best time here! Close to everything, house is exactly as described and the back yard...amazing. The heated pool was perfect, and the boys enjoyed the putting green. We needed a new pool skimmer, texted the owner and one was dropped off within 10 minutes. Plenty of room for the 8 of us & our pups, with extra family for Thanksgiving dinner. The game room was great with the giant TV, ping pong & air hockey! Can't say enough great things about this house and the owner...we will be back for sure - thanks for a great vacation!

Great setup

Pool, putting green and outdoor was excellent. Loved the game garage too. House was super easy, very clean and modern inside, close to the beach. Rented a golf cart from southern breeze rental which was fast and easy. Great guys trip to Jacksonville for Florida Georgia game.

Good home for a friends vacation

The house was overall great for our friends getaway! The space was enough for 3 couples and the backyard and game room were a hit and a great place to hangout! The only suggestion I have would be to exterminate the house more regularly as we had some bugs in and around the house.

Great rental!

This is probably the best equipped rental we’ve stayed in. Everything was anticipated. The house was so well equipped, great location, clean and comfortable. The only issue we experienced is difficulty with the electronic front door lock, which did give us some issues. Other than that it was a perfect place!

Great family vacation!

We loved our stay at this property! We had 6 adults and 3 children. Everyone was happy! We spent most of our time in the backyard. The pool was amazing and clean. The putting green was a blast. The fire pit was great. The landscaping was beautiful. The inside was very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to make dinner at the house. 5 min drive to beach!

We had a great time staying here. The location was close to the beach. Mike quickly responded to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was nicely designed. Even though it was too cold to swim, the pool was nice to watch in the evening along with the solo stove. Will be borrowing some of the ideas when we have our pool installed.

Great host

We have had a few bad experiences with VRBO hosts in the past but these guys were awesome. We did have a cleanliness issue when we first got in but it didn't really appear to be the hosts fault. More like the family who checked out that morning just left it way dirtier than normal. Either way the host corrected it immediately without any argument or hesitation. They were incredibly responsive, professional and easy to work with. Otherwise the back yard is just as awesome as the pictures show. We loved our short ride to the beach in our southern breeze golf cart rental (highly recommend this company) and then returning to hang out in the pool.

Amazing home and location!

My entire immediate family plus spouses and children stayed here for my brothers wedding nearby. It exceeded expectations! Beautiful and cozy home and resort style backyard. We had a blast in the pool everyday. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here. It was great.
