Nice stay. Address different than stated on the site. Clothes were still in the washer, and the dishwasher was not ran for the dirty dishes. But overall everything was nice and comfortable and quiet for the most part, except for during the day pool noise, hallway noise(apt right outside the elevator) and noisy above neighbors.
The tenants above us has dogs and kids running and playing all time of the morning and night. I informed the owner of the loud noise and nothing was done. I asked the owner about a mattress cover no response. No vacuum cleaner for the carpet or rug. We stayed about 70 days without cleaning the rugs. The listing shouldn't invite nurses to stay because they wouldn't be able to get any rest. I asked for a itemized receipt for proof of payment for my health insurance company and 70 days later nothing. I just completed a bone marrow transplant at Mayo Clinic therefore I'm not able to pack up and move because of the poor services from the owner. The first two days we were here we had no internet or wifi and reaching out to the owner she replied I know but AT&T is coming out in the next two day's. We haven't been compensated for any inconvenience. I'll be returning to Mayo Clinic in a couple of months but I will not choose this location. I'll make sure the case workers at Mayo Clinic know do not recommend this apartment.
Property was different location than advertised. It was a queen bed not a king. Was apparently hastily prepared. Did not have a mattress pad or end table for both sides of bed. Was missing cleaning equipment that was promptly supplied by owner when requested. Location was an improvement. Key fob for access to gym and hallway did not work. Front gate did not work with key code did work with key fob. On ground floor near garden Inhad to spray for bugs.
