The Layout, Location and Accessibility
• Accessibility: Lots of stairs—not suitable for mobility challenges.
•The Vibe: Because of the location of the main highway, road and traffic noise, including trucks is present and part of the environment.
• Beach Access: While the beach is only 1,000 meters away (8 min walk), we recommend a 2-minute drive. The road is active with traffic and lacks sidewalks, so driving is much easier with kids or gear! Parking near the beach is easily available, making access quick and stress-free.
Maintenance & Upkeep:
To keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained, pool service, gardening, and general maintenance are performed on a weekly schedule. These service providers may briefly access outdoor areas of the property during your stay. We always aim to minimize disruption and appreciate your understanding.
Utilities & Comfort
• Utilities: In our tropical region, brief utility interruptions can occur. We appreciate your patience!. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
• Drinking Water: For your health and comfort, we highly recommend using bottled water for drinking and cooking.

2. How far is the beach from the property? Very close- The beach is a 2-minute drive or short Uber ride away. While it is an 8 minute walk, we do not recommend walking due to traffic on the main road—especially at night or with children. Parking and drop-off near the beach are easy and convenient.
3. Is there parking available on site? Yes. Free on-site parking for up to 4–5 cars.
4. What is the internet speed like? We provide reliable high‑speed Wi‑Fi, perfect for streaming, working remotely, or staying connected.
5. Are there specific hours for pool use?The pool is open for you and your group to enjoy 24/7—day or night.
6. Are there quiet hours? There are no set quiet hours since this is a standalone property.
7. How far is the nightlife from the property? Local bars, restaurants, clubs, and nightlife are just a short 5‑minute car or Uber ride away.
8. Are guests allowed to visit the property? Yes guests are welcome; just keep your valuables stored in safe.
9. Can I request daily cleaning for an additional fee? Yes! Daily or mid-stay cleaning can be scheduled for an additional fee.
