Room was clean, staff was great, breakfast was included. Awesome location. Released turtles on the beach directly across from hotel. Decent pool. Great price.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night passing through to Tamarindo. We did laundry at the hotel and it was ridiculously priced $26 US for basically socks and underwear and 4 shirts. The rooms are dated and the bathroom is in need of repairs. I also think there may have been bed bugs. I looked at the mattresses and saw signs I have bites the next morning f as well. Location is good pool is noisy as well.

The site I booked had a broken Jacuzzi, no shower head in the Shower and the AC did not work. I had to move to another room which was a much smaller standard room, but no price adjustments were made. The AC in the small room was very weak as well. I am hesitant to provide this review because the staff was pleasant, but it just wasn’t a good stay.

Very nice room , you could see the beach from our balcony. The hotel is right on the beach runs and very close to all the shops in town. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Horrible experience. Water was out from afternoon until late night on Halloween. They kept saying 20 more minutes, we ended up going to an event without showering cause we kept believing them. It was still out when we returned in the middle of the night. Not guest friendly. Expedia had listed as 2 guests. My girlfriend was to stay 2/4 days booked. Because she wasn’t registered, I was charged $50 a night extra for her. Staff has different standards. 1st shift said only charge for overnight guests. But when a friend stopped by just to meet up before a party at around 10pm, the 2nd shift staff charged $50. Wasn’t even there 30 minutes. Beach is full of debris, mainly wood from washed up trees and hotel makes no effort to clean it up to make it walkable. Rooms have no sort of closet, but other than that not bad for the price. The restaurant next door (Coco’s) was great.

Had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, parking right out front.. super convenient and breakfast was delicious. Hard to beat the location, close to everything and the beach is literally across the street.
