All of the staff at Club Ibiza were amazing. I enjoyed my time there with only one thing I wasn't very thrilled with. The name is Club Ibiza and it is a fun spot to be if you enjoy music all night. All of the rooms border the bar, pool and dining areas so you will hear the music until it stops usually after midnight some time.

Communicate by staff needs to be more knowledgeable when offering suggestions. Customers need to know about Friday & Saturday nightclub that keeps the customers awake until 2:20am, , the clientele coming at night are not even paying customers staying at the hotel

Unless you are looking to sleep inside a disco with techno music blaring until 2am, don’t stay here. This very basic hotel is near Jaco beach, so the location is good, but parking is TIGHT and the noise level at night is off the charts- and not in a good way! Not for family travel!

This used to be a family hotel, but they have decided to become a party hotel. Loud music blasts every night until 2 a.m. Forget about trying to sleep until that is over. Even earplugs weren't enough to block out that volume. Also, the Wi-Fi stopped working and was out for the last three days. Hot water comes and goes at random times. I will never stay there again.

The staff was super friendly, the pools were super fun with a lot of floats and games, and the area was great! A 3 min walk to the beach! The only thing that took me by surprise was that there is a nightclub on the property. On Friday night they had a party and DJ. It was super fun, but warning, there will be loud music till late, so consider that if it’s not your scene! I think it’s only weekends though. We had a blast!

Greek style hotel with great staff

The hotel is decorated in Greek style and is really lovely. Staff are fantastic about room was actually a suite with a very comfy bed. Great location with beachfront bars for the sunset about 2 mins away
