My stay as always is wonderful. The only problem was that my husband got food poisoning. We usually always get complimentary vouchers for the breakfast buffet, due to my husband not being able to go out of the room due to his health i went straight to the buffet to grab only fruit and a tea. Once i asked to please let me grab a plate of fruit they looked at me like if i was asking for the whole buffet for take out. They proceeded to ignore me and once i felt ignored and not knowledge i asked again for help, i a explained i had the vouchers and if i couldn’t take the food i could pay for it. They proceeded to walk away and one of the ladys felt bad for me due to the fact that they were rude to me. One of the other lady then proceeded to grab the fruit, she didn’t even let me grab it, i asked for a banana and she told me bananas were not available yet. I asked for a set of utensils and she gave me that look like if i was really asking for too much. I checked out and was gonna leave without saying anything but I feel in this kind of cases the way they treated us was not the best customer service. Management took the time to listen to me and expressed her concern for the lack of service. Overall is a great hotel and love staying at El meson del valle.
