The property just plain refused to having a room availability, when we arrived past 10 PM. After much discussion, heat, and reminding them of their responsibility of providing a room after taking full room charges, they tried to make us stay in some other location with a delipadated, moldy room. After protesting against staying in such a room, they finally opened a room in the original hotel at around midnight, which has been available all along. Highly unprofessional and unreliable, this hotel shouldn't be open for anyone to book online. It's a great risk to book it.
