Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful

The accommodation is beautiful, with top end facilities and decor. But it's difficult to find - the entrance is really hidden and not obvious. Infuriatingly, they ask for a deposit in cash on arrival, which is ridiculous when the room has already been paid for in full online in advance - you should have taken the deposit at the same time! I had no Indonesian cash left and refused to go to a cash machine to take out cash that I would be given back when checking out and then I wouldn't need it because I was going straight to the airport from the hotel! After a while, the lady on reception accepted a range of USD, Malaysian, and Indonesian currency that I had on me.

Zero noise proof could here every flush and sneeze

The room they put me into had a bunch of pipes sticking out of the cieling and snaking to the walls... and I could here every single flush from upstairs. Couldn't sleep and in the morning the cleaning people again woke me up by walking through the corridors and making lots of noise. The walls and doors are thin and it is noisy. The bed sheets had holes and yellow stains on it. Holes are whatever but yellow on your bed is something else. The cafe lounge on roof was very nice BUT never functioning and too hot to tolerate despite the fans. I chose this hotel for the working space it had based on the pictures but it was not usuable at all. Staff barely understood English. Paying a deposit in cash was also annoying, late arrival from airport and now I have to search for cash. Use a card people for your guest's convenience...hello! The hotel should do more to noise proof the rooms.
