I cannot imagine this is a 4/5-star hotel in CBD. Checkin takes 30min in the evening, very noisy during the night, even they already upgraded my suit to another, the glass-door in the bathroom cannot opened smoothly. The hotel is very nice and modern. The staff is friendly and the amenities are kept in good condition. My only complaint and it’s a big one, I booked a double room executive for 3 people. The booking very well makes it seem like you are booking two rooms with two beds, the pictures also lead you to believe this. I mean the name is double room?? What else could that mean? When you check in, they tell you know, it’s single room , they just name the king size beds double room . How does this make sense ??? In my opinion this very misleading and false advertisement. A hotel would be penalized and investigated in Canada where I live. You are not allowed to falsely advertise and mislead. The hotel was happy to help us and change the room though. Just a big mess around that should be avoided in the first place. You can’t not advertise a double room and say it’s a single, double means two , a pair, more than one. I hope they change this
