Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
One of the worst rental experiences! Extra registration before checkin date was complex and required extra deposit before details of property was released. Upon arrival found cockroaches…condo had to be re-cleaned and sprayed. Then when it was reported that there was no hot water on either bathrooms, the owners/operators dragged their feet, suggested ridiculous remedies and then just ignored us complaints. There was no hot water the entire duration of our 14 day stay. There was no remediation. Although location is convenient for business meetings, the building is located next to a temple where the chanting starts on load speakers every day at 4am. I do not recommend this rental and am disappointed that Expedia promotes such horrific properties.
