Good Location near Dalma Hills. However, the facility maintenance is not great with paint peeling off in the room, plumbing issues in the bathroom, curtains out of rail, loud music in outdoor restaurant at a resort which is supposed to be quiet, scenic and tranquil. The Chefs appeared to be good particularly with Indian and Chinese cuisine. Breakfast spread was not that great and was certainly not International like good 3-5 star hotels. The place is safe and staff behaviour good. The Management has the opportunity to make this property much better. It appears to be overpriced right now with respect to the upkeep specially the rooms.

Nice resort in a beautiful location with good facilities. However, the facility maintenance, upkeep needs improvement. Peeled off paint in the rooms, bathroom fittings and plumbing requires attention and repairs. Loud music in terrace restaurant even in the afternoon is not great for international tourists. The breakfast spread was good, but certainly not like a good like a real 4 star, 5 star hotel or even a b&b hotel in Europe. The hotel is overpriced at this moment. The Management has an opportunity to make it much better and at par with the best!

The Suite room was clean but needs maintenance, Desk Manager was not helpful at all and don’t even listening to what I was telling to him. Overall a good stay but could’ve been better.
