Rented Room 307 which is supposed to be a suite with a Jacuzzi tub, fire place and lots of space. As soon as we walked in it smelled musty. My wife went to the bathroom and noticed black mold on the walls by the ceiling. The fans above the bed has an inch of dust of them. The Jacuzzi tub had scum in the bottom of it. We left immediately and will never go back.

While our room was good, the hallway to the room smelled of strong musty smell, probably from the pool and people coming from the pool over time. The guests in the room next to us had crying kids, loud TV and People shouting from 9 pm when we checked in and yet till 12:00 midnight when we were finally able to move rooms. The staff tried to address the loud behavior of the guests in the next room, it was only temporary. We were not the only guests to complain over this chaos. I personally think the guests carrying on should have been asked to leave, as their actions caused problems with more than 3 other guest rooms. Front Staff finally did offer us a different room, and we chose to move even though it was well after midnight. We were settled into our new room around 1 am, then around 7 am the guest in the room next to us were smoking in the bathroom, smoke coming into the vents of our bathroom. So not Ideal, since no smoking allowed. We will not be staying there again, hotel is too big and too many people.

Fine for one night

Lobby was clean, fresh and welcoming. We had assessible room due to mobility issues. I suppose that is why the outlet in the bathroom was very inconvenient. Room overall was very nice, we could keep a comfortable temperature. One of us liked the bed, the other thought it was too hard. All was relatively quiet. Pool area was fine, it needs some updating and some issues fixed, floors and some good maintenance could go a long way to making it really good again. Outside needed some parking lot work. The outside was a bit dated. Breakfast was meh. We always try to find a place that offers breakfast. We hav had fabulous to awful. This was mediocre. Staff at desk was awesome. As two women traveling alone, the area gave me some vibes. I wouldn't choose the property again. Not walkable to anywhere.

Very bad experience, the hotel is very dirty, the carpet is old and very dirty, they don't clean the rooms every day, door # 2 doesn't close anyone can enter without any problem this causes insecurity, at breakfast there isn't enough food they serve very small amounts so you have to wait your turn. At the reception you can't see the staff you have to ring the bell and wait until they have time to come. I do not recommend this hotel, for that price you get much better service in other hotels

Most everything was great. But initially, the TV remote didn’t work very well and the TV didn’t navigate “normal”. A very kind staff member later replaced the remote with 2 others that worked much better.

The hallways smelt like a bar and stale cigarettes. The room was run down and the couch was dirty. The amount of people in the pool area and hot tub was over capacity. I would never stay here again.

Beat up

Angel at the front desk was very kind but the hotel itself was truly deplorable. Beat up and filthy the bed was clean though. The bathtub on the other hand was the most disgusting thing I’ve seen in a hotel.

Time is precious

We were at the check in counter for 20 minutes while the attendant told the people in front of us why she had to kick a guest out. No exaggerating 20 minutes, she then had a 5 minute conversation arguing with someone else on the phone about the guest she kicked out it took 35 total minutes to get a room key and we were “next in line” I truly fell sorry for the guest who walked in behind us. Angel, the attendant has no concept of time management or guest service. I will never stay at this hotel again.
