Room was nicer than expected. Freshly cleaned. The remotes for both tvs didn't work properly. The shower drain was so loose it had been left uneven and unfortunately caused an injury. Had a bit of a rude awakening by housekeeping at about 830a when they were loudly cleaning an adjacent room. Doors were slamming and it was impossible to sleep in for our long drive. Ended up checking out 3 hours earlier than planned.

Very disappointed. The hot tub jets weren’t working. I checked on that in August also, so figured after that long it would have been fixed by the time we arrived in October. My father fell in the shower - no bath mat - very unsafe. The staff work very hard and were extremely helpful with everything.
