This is an ultra-modern vacation villa by the sea. This is located in a small fishing village Sreser and offers itself as a perfect vacation spot for 3-4 families of friends.
Inside you will find elegant furniture lines and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for your vacation. Imagine dining here together and spending relaxing hours.
In the basement, an entertainment area with a sauna, video game area with a pool table, darts and foosball, and a state-of-the-art fitness center awaits you. Here you can relax, indulge in activities or prove your athleticism.
You can also enjoy the hydro-massage pool overlooking the sea, and the high-quality garden furniture on the terrace. Here you can also have exciting conversations with your friends, sit back in the sun or enjoy a fresh drink while the pool lets you relax in depth.
On the spacious terrace you will also find a 33 square meter outdoor pool with sun loungers, where you can also barbecue together.
Just a few steps away is the sea and the beach, ideal for children, with a sun deck and a few more sun loungers. Nearby there is a store, a restaurant and a place where you can rent a boat. The historic city of Dubrovnik in just an hour and a half drive away and the city of Korcula can be reached in just 25 minutes by ferry, which must be SEEN.
