This was one of the worst hotels i have stayed. The rooms had poop on the wall and something dried on the phone. The sinks were rusted, bed was hard, no wifi, and the pool was nasty and snelled like bleach. My toilet got clogged after 1 night. And the rooms were small. Everything in the rooms were ancient. It needs a remodel and good deep cleaning.

Great room, fun pool, spotty internet

Check-in was painless. The room was clean and in good condition, though the display on the air conditioner had some damage so that is did not display a readable temperature. The unit itself worked fine and kept the room comfortable. The pool was a nice treat after a long drive. The provided breakfast was more than adequate. I like when you can make your own fresh waffles! The only complaint of consequence we had was that the internet was spotty. We had difficulty streaming a movie on Tubi in the evening. We ended up finishing it in the morning. I'm guessing this was just a consequence of staying in rural Indiana.

Great place to stay for our group. I agree with some of the other reviews that the facility could use some updates and love, but it really wasn’t bad at all. Our rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. We had a good stay and would come back.

We stayed 2 nights. The laundry room didnt work so we couldn't dry our clothes. The edge of the bed frame stuck out so i hit my ankle all the time. Pool was small but kids loved it.

ROACH HOTEL

ROACHES. There were baby roaches crawling around the coffee machine in the lobby. There was a giant roach crawling in the hallway by the front check in desk. I told a lady that was working there. She threw the towel that was in her hand on it and killed it, then looked up at me and laughed. Our king size room was not properly cleaned. There was a used bath towel still hanging on the inside of the bathroom door. There were also spare blankets that were unfolded on top of the clothing rack, also indicating it was not properly cleaned after the previous guest's stay. Also, the front staff was unfriendly. It is a very dirty hotel. I would never stay here again, not even if it was free!

Not the best but also not the worst

It was a prettt basic room. Definitely needed updating. The TV was extremely small. The WiFi was extremely slow (we had to disconnect my son’s iPad and our streaming stick we take with us) because the wifi was so awful and never had this issue with other hotels. At check out we alerted the front desk that there was literally no water pressure in the sink. Barely anything to even wash our hands (I wish I was exaggerating). We also had to alert the front desk that the faucet in the bathtub was about to come ont of the wall. (The front desk lady stated something about damage from a prior person but definitely from poor maintenance). It was clean. But my question is that, how did housekeeping not notice these big issues with no water pressure and the faucet? The curtains leaked a ton of light in the morning also, which woke our son up extremely early.

Hotel was okay, wasn't filthy but was kinda old and worn looking. We asked for more pillows and was told that there was only one extra pillow for whole hotel. Breakfast bar was decent, food kinda bland, but trying to get thru from all the rude people was a chore.

Great for a Holiday World Stay

This hotel was nice and had food and gas near by. Short easy drive to Holiday World. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. They had a pretty nice breakfast in the morning which had lots of options avaliable. I recommend this hotel for an easy close stay to Holiday World

The guy working the night shift seemed like we were bothering him when we checked in. The rooms close to the front doors have lights shining in then all night long. Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30am. By 8am everything was empty and not being restocked. Couldn't find anyone to restock the breakfast. But when it was time to check out there was someone available.

Currently been waiting over a week for the general manager of the property to contact me about the state of the hotel rooms we stayed in from August 7 through August 9. After several calls to the hotel itself and an email I’ve had to reach out to corporate to address the situation. I have never had such a bad experience with a Baymont hotel.
