Nice clean room. Didn’t really use the tv. Would have been nice to have a nightstand on both sides of the bed. No idea how to work the temperature- we ended up opening the balcony door to cool off the room. The bathroom lights were automatic- which were not ideal in the middle of the night when you don’t want the light on. Towels were not that soft but was replaced each day. Nice shampoo/conditioner/wash. No place to fill up water so couldn’t use the coffee maker in the room or fill up water bottles for exploring. Hot tub closed at 9 pm which was unfortunate given we were not back to the hotel by then after getting dinner and exploring the area all day. Parking lot spaces were very narrow as well so was difficult to park since most people can’t park straight and centered. Would stay again

The hotel was clean and well-kept, Unfortunately, we were woken up several times throughout the night and very early in the morning by loud guests and staff radios. It made it hard to get a full night’s rest. I also want to note a safety concern for solo female travellers. The reservation was under my name only, yet when my husband and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our room, he went to the front desk while I went to grab my ID from the car. Before I even got back, the staff gave him a new key without verifying his identity or confirming his name was on the reservation. The room was booked under a woman’s name only, with a different last name, and no questions were asked. That made me feel uneasy about their security procedures.

We had a great stay at the Forest Park Hotel! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with thoughtful details throughout (even a mini dishwasher was included in the kitchenette). Our only complaints were the bathroom mirror lighting (very hard to see), and the spa/pool area was incredibly loud.

Bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains kept the room dark. There is a fridge, stove, and microwave in the room along with basic dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Shower was good once I figured out the faucet- there is one handle for the temperature and one for the water flow. The flow handle was labeled "on/off" and moving handle to the "on" position resulted in the lowest flow of water! "Off" resulted in the highest flow. All was good once I figured it out! Our room was in the newer section and was comfortable. TV does not have casting capabilities with your phone. Hotel is under construction until June 2026 so there is no access to the gym or pool (you can go to a nearby hotel for these services). Walk into town is about 1.5km along a flat sidewalk. We would just walk into town to avoid paying for parking in the Jasper townsite. There is free parking along the road outside of the townsite but you will still nees to walk 0.5 to 1km into town, depending on where you are going. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will consider it again when we visit Jasper again in the future!

this hotel is located at the end of the hotel strip in Jasper. It is a 10 minute walk into to the town. Nice rooms, clean and quiet. Staff is very nice. All over a good experience.

Location is perfect, and is 4 mins away from downtown. Rooms were perfectly clean & modern. I loved the kitchenette, and everything was provided too. The pool was great as well. My family loved it.

Loved the atrium with the pool and hot tub and giant fireplace. The room was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We forgot toothpaste so called the front desk and they promptly delivered two dental kits. Lovely spot to stay.
