- The cabin was overall a decent stay and very spacious, however not to standard for what they are charging. We travel to the Georgia mountains as a family every summer and have stayed at some really nice cabins so we were slightly a little disappointed. We had 16 of us so we had plenty of room. We all had beds to sleep in and it is well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, blankets and all the things! The owner and IT manager were very responsive and helpful. The movie room and game room a nice and plenty of room. My husband and kids liked the community golf coarse.
On the down side of things, The staff in the office was not helpful. When we asked for information and details on what there was to do on the property, they basically pointed to the map and that was it. The front and back patios need to be cleaned, the patio furniture is very dirty, we were not able to use the outdoor dining table, lounge chairs or anything due to the cushions being so dirty and moldy. The fridge needs to be replaced, the upper part of the fridge does not cool we had to throw out our dairy products and kept our meat on the bottom shelf. The grills were very dirty, we had to clean out before we cooked on it. The hot tub was on the dirty side, family used it but I would not go in. The pool is not included in your stay, it’s $35 per pass.
Overall a decent place that holds up to 16 people, but maybe we’ve been spoiled by the condition of the previous cabins we’ve stayed in.
