The fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances completes this floor, along with a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the main one with an en-suite bathroom, shower, bathtub and views of the pool.



Going up the stairs, you access a terrace with panoramic views and a cosy living room to rest. The ground floor offers two bathrooms with shower and two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with access to the charming garden. On this floor, there is a second fully equipped American kitchen, a living room with TV and a dining table. From this space, you can access the rear terrace with an outdoor dining table and a grill that connects to the garden, equipped with sun loungers and stairs leading to the pool.
