I got at the hotel at 11pm after a long journey. Manager nearly denied my booking even though I had proof & I paid for it. He tried convincing me I was at the wrong place. Then he said they have several locations even though my confirmation had this location on there. After 3hours of hitting tooth & nail, and after they found out I was a US citizen, they gave me my spot. They didn’t even have room ready. I watched them clean a room on the cctv that I ended up staying in. So if you’re not an American, they’ll probably try to scam you out of your spot. I tried calling Expedia but they were unavailable. I deserve compensation for what I experienced. But definitely won’t be staying there again.
