Hello , I have booked four rooms ( twin bed ) and when I arrived that said they didn’t have only two rooms and not each together then the manager gave us a big room but other hotel not ibis , it’s Adagio it’s the same building . So it’s good big room but I was looking for twin bed because we got kids and I need twin bed because one of the kid was sleeping in the sofa bed and he wants to sleep in bed not sofa bed. The reception said sorry for that because they have groups in the hotels and it’s not my business because I booked for twin bed for four rooms.

The room was fair the staff was helpful however, It should have been stated that this is a cashless facility. Whenever I tried to use cash, for breakfast at the front desk, it was said I don’t have change. This is very inconvenient without prior notice.

The staff was very courteous, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. It is within a 15-30 minute drive of all the local tourist attractions we visited. I recommend this as a good hotel.

- Room was cozy and clean. - Corridor smelled great. - Excellent buffet options available for a price. - Staff were friendly and courteous. - Room service was amazing. - There is also a pool table, prayer room, meeting rooms etc. Also, plenty of comfy seating available in the lobby. - Jeddah is big city. So, taxi or car rental would be ideal. I took a cab and can’t speak about other forms of transportation. - They also graciously accept to keep my luggage after checking out until my flight later in the day. Wish there were dental and shaving kits available in the room .. that would be a plus. However, I couldn’t have asked for more. Great value for money. Really enjoyed my stay here.

Checked in online however had to wait 45minutes to get the room aftr check in desk. Told room was non smoking however it was heavy smell of smoke when walked in and had to wait thinking the air conditioning can reduce it however no change. Contact desk and was told why took me 30 minutes to mention it ? Instead of apologies for the inconvenience. Was able to change to a different room after as mum is on meds asthmatic as well as suffering chest congestion. Room size was smaller when changed but corner rooms are slightly better in size. For price is okay to stay.
