Stay in Jefferson

In planning our weekend in Jefferson, we came across the French Country Cottage. It had high ratings and when we arrived it was justed as advertised and rated. Very lovely accommodations a short distance from downtown. Highly recommended for a couple wanting secluded elegance in a quiet neighborhood. 10 of 10!

If someone wanted to look in the dictionary to find a perfect Getaway spot, this place would be featured. Comfy. Cozy. Quiet. Deep sleep. Wonderful jetted tub for two.

Served it’s purpose

Cute and charming, served its purpose, but this property was smaller than we expected and the shower was uncomfortably tiny. The listing mentions a fireplace, but it appeared to be completely useless, and that was the deciding factor for choosing this property over the other one we considered. We also would have appreciated nicer pillows/bedding and towels. We found belongings from previous stays, which made me question how clean the property was, but we didn’t find anything nasty. The property was not far from town, and was quiet, aside from the neighbors. We would have also appreciated some curtains on the windows for extra privacy and darkness for sleeping in. We weren’t completely unsatisfied, but just noticed some small details that would’ve made a big impact for us.

Fantastic stay in Jefferson

I’ve been coming to Jefferson to stay for over 15 years and I can say this is one of the most comfortable nights I’ve had. The room was so nice, and everything was immaculately clean. The check-in process was very easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. I loved the garden tub and fireplace in the room. I would highly recommend a stay and look forward to another stay in the future.

Perfect for Girls’ Getaway

Two best friends just needing a night away and this was the perfect place! The room was spectacular! Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be back and may even bring our husbands, ha ha.

I was spending the weekend in Jefferson and this was the perfect place to stay. Everything was perfect and hosts were amazing. It was close to everything I needed. The space was comfortable and clean. I love the rain and it was so cozy on Sunday morning when it rained. Picture perfect.

Nice overnight stay

Stayed in Alsace room right in front of driveway (it was fine but would prefer the last of the three rooms to be further away from the driveway). The firepit is a few steps away and very nice, they have plenty of wood there. The property is only a 10 minute walk from all of the restaurants and main district, which is very quaint. The jet tub in the room takes a while to fill up high enough to use, and the fireplace is great.

Cutest cottage in a great location. We always stay in Jefferson when visiting for the ETBU baseball games. The accommodations were perfect and we have already rebooked again to stay in a couple of weeks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. King size bed, 2 nice chairs, tv, mini fridge, microwave, large jetted tub, a shower, and a 3 sided fireplace were all parts we enjoyed. Jefferson is a quaint small town with lots of delicious food and fun things to do. It was a great anniversary getaway.

Great Get-Away

This was a great, quick get-away in Jefferson. The cottage was VERY clean and they truly have thought of everything. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was fantastic. The hosts were very friendly and responded very quickly with any questions.
