Property is maintained well and rooms are very spacious. They proactively made our room ready before we checked in and placed the crib in our room for smooth check-in. Instructed on how to assemble as well. Parking is free and spacious which is plus point. Staff and housekeeping are good. Breakfast options are limited but good for adults and kids. Only thing is the room smells of damp carpet on first day. Apart from that it’s all as expected. Location: Getting to NYC does take sometime(~1hour due to traffic) as there only one bus #127 which takes you to port authority terminal and frequency is also less and same case is while coming back from NYC. Nearby area is safe so late night trips are not a bother. Hotel is uphill from bus stop, so takes an effort to reach after tiring day in NYC.

The staff have communication problems with each other. They tried to pay for the extension more than twice. The staff are very inexperienced, especially in conveying instructions and check-in information to the customers accurately.
