The stay was nice and it was very to access the city. The walk to the bus stop is unsafe and kind of scary but we made do. Our biggest complaint those was I specifically book this hotel so my kids could swim and the pool was down all week. Each day they would say “maybe tomorrow”

Secaucus Stay

The staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and do not care about the guests at the hotel. I've normally experienced staff that go above and beyond to help guests with their stay. I thought I had seen milk for sale on the pictures of the "store" they have located in the lobby. All they had was beer and soda. I had asked if I could have milk for my daughter (as they have a full breakfast) and I was told absolutely not. The following day when I had asked the front desk for some help, the gentleman was too busy to help. That evening they rented the pool out to a private party that was drinking and smoking - approximately 30 people that were not hotel guests.

The staff were super nice and we were able to check in early. We took the NJ transit to NYC ($8 roundtrip, cash only) which was nice. They provided a sheet with all the information. They have a small pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good with options to order (omelet, waffle, pancakes, french toast etc) or have a limited buffet (no eggs or protein). They have garage parking and there's a walmart nearby.

It was an ok stay. Parking was great. I said good morning a few times to a few employees and rarely got a response so I wouldn't say they are friendly or warm but the space was decent and economical for the family's comfort.
