I'm unsatisfied with my stay here as I wanted to book a friendly budget get away for the weekend. However, upon my arrival I was not greeted properly at the front desk. The young lady seemed very disinterested in her job, no enthusiasm whatsoever. I then proceeded to go to my room in which there was trash bags and dirty towels laying there for hours in the hallway. The walls are very thin and I couldn't rest well from hearing doors slamming majority of the night next door.

I'm only being honest because this is the only way that a business can improve...the fall decorations in the revolving door look very tired and do not give the feeling I think they intended to...the landscaping on the side of the building by the open air courtyard/seating area needs some attention. Besides that, my stay was comfortable, I loved my room and the view (tall lamp didn't work though). I would still come back because I don't view these issues as a major problem but perhaps other people might.

This hotel is permanently closing in December and it shows. At 1am the fire alarm lights started going off. We called the main desk and nobody picked up, so we took the stairs down 10 flights, not knowing if there was a fire. Fire department was there and staff was nonchalant behind the counter. They said everything was fine and it was a routine check. Overall neglect: broken lightbulb in our room, sink faucet handles broken, and carpet peeling. Everything was clean though, despite being broken. Parking is not free and that was unexpected. The guy running the gift shop was nice.
