Rooms look good in pictures only! The small was not pleasant. I booked two rooms due to funeral in the area and both rooms and bathrooms were dirty looking. opened the sofa bed and had the biggest nasty stain i ever seen in a hotel! if they are renovating, they should close those rooms down!

My family reserved two rooms, both were not properly cleaned and when we brought it up to the front desk, they were unapologetic and did not offer to clean the areas we pointed out as unclean. Both rooms had plumbing problems. The overall condition of the rooms was not good for the price we paid. We will not be staying there again.

Horrible hotel no lightning room AC did not work

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in first room had no light AC did not work and the door did not lock. They did not want to give us a different room. We have to make them give us a different room room 406.

The aircon was not working and we did ask in reception. They never did any!! The door to the balcony did not lock, all skrues was loose. The room was none smoking but it did smell!! So naaaa not the best

Dirty uncleaned sheets toilet seat was missing screws clearly the sheets and blankets were not fresh. There was a massive show in the area this night and this was the only reasonable hotel and it was still a disgrace.
