Perfect location right off the highway, 20 minute drive to NYC, the pool was great, free breakfast in the mornings. Very clean hotel. Our second time staying here and if we plan to come this will be where we stay

Ratings were relative to others at a similar price. This is an older property that likely was rebranded as la Quinta. It is in a dense area of NJ so not easy to walk nearby. The parking adjoins a gas station so easy to fuel up. It's clean, has typical breakfast options except no oatmeal, no significant road noises in the room, third floor not facing the major road. Two happy surprises: typical HVAC under the window was actually pretty quiet. And the indoor pool was relatively large. I'll come prepared next time. One item to fix: sign says the gym was 24 hr, but the lock was broken. You ask to unlock it then they put a can in the door if you need to step out.

Second time staying here. Very clean, convenient, pool is nice, breakfast is great and staff are helpful. There is a Target right next door if you need anything, it’s 5 minutes from American Dream Mall and 15 minutes from Manhattan. Will stay here every time we visit. 10/10

My only 2 issues were #1 the check in process, although I had already check in on line I still had to go through the whole process again. After waiting 2nd in line for over 10 min it took me another 5 minutes or more to get the keys. #2 was a side door used to come in from the parking lot. This entrance was was not locked and you did not have to use your key card to get in. I felt anyone could just walk in and enter the elevator without any issues.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting American dream for spring break. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. The layout to the hotel is weird but after the first time figuring out where the elevator is, you’ll be ok. There’s lots of parking. And there’s a Red Robin restaurant next door. The pool was down one day during my stay. However, I had no plans on utilizing the pool since I was visiting the water park at American dream. There’s an ice machine on each floor, and the room had a microwave and mini fridge. Our room was extremely clean and there were enough towels/ wash cloths for my family. If I visit the area, I would definitely come back to this hotel.
