▸ Check-in time is 4pm-10pm. Please notify us if Check-in is after 10pm (fees may apply)
▸ Check-out time is 10am. Late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Subject to approval and must be notified in advance.
▸ There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to VRBO and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund.
▸ Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use the neighbor’s driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
▸ No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A complaint from a neighbor will result in cancellation without refund.
▸ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $1000
▸ No Smoking of any kind inside/outside of property/driveway/backyard/patio ($1,000 Penalty) A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
▸ No gathering, hanging, or lingering outside in front of or around the house.
▸ No Extra / Overnight Guests. Having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation
▸ Only the registered number of guests are allowed on the property (Max 11). This is taken very seriously for insurance purposes. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night
▸ The person who uses their VRBO account to make the reservation MUST be present during the stay. Reservation can be canceled immediately per VRBO’s 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund.
▸ No Mail / Packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pickup
▸ No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
▸ No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Security devices, etc.
▸ No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
▸ No PETS allowed. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied
▸ No Parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces
Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off the stove, oven, AC / heater
▸ Do not set the AC thermostat below 67 degrees
▸ Adult supervision of children on property at all times including backyard
▸ Remove shoes and place them in shoe rack
▸ Place dirty dishes in Dishwasher and start cycle
▸ Do not leave food out unattended overnight - this is to avoid pests appearing on the property

We have three, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance and driveway and the backyard entrance which records video and audio upon live-motion movement in the area. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house.
