Rooms are nicely remodeled but I wish they would have spent more money on replacing the windows with options that block outside noise. You will hear a lot of street noise at certain times of the day.

The Hotel has no parking. There was a bug over my bed. The man down stairs came up and kept trying to say it was a fly, a spider, a lady bug. Then after killing it with a broom it was a ROACH!

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean, modern room. 3 minute walk from the train station. Recommend for anyone looking to visit NYC on a budget. Only complaint was a couple things had come loose such as the shower handle.

Location very disliked and room was on the first floor with lots of noise. Staff could be a little more welcoming. The kitchen was nice but the view was a wall. When check out came about no check out confirmation and we left the luggage so we can go explore and when we came back the person that unlocked the door just told us to go in the room and get it without any concern. We were not asked anything

Nice, clean rooms for a stay, conveniently located in Jersey City (for us). Not a quiet street, but nowhere in the area is. Lovely to have a kitchen en suite, but “sofa bed” was actually just a sofa about the size of a twin. As a couple, we will likely stay here again with appropriate expectations.

I stayed here about five times each time that I stayed something has always been leaking making puddles of water in the floors, got lock in room. Lock system is horrible. Not safe for single travelers. Last stay hallway door was busted. Someone kicked it open.

Basic but no issues. Room was large, quiet, and clean. Towels were thin but bed was comfortable. Close walk to Path train. Felt safe. The room door doesn’t automatically lock and they didn’t mention it at check in which is odd. But I did see it in the reviews so I knew that way.

The air conditioner was broke and leaking, they said they would come fix it but they never did. Had to call multiple times for towels. Staff was rarely at the front desk. The handle to the shower was nearly sheared off and there was a whole in the top of the ceiling.

Staff during the week are great. The weekend gentleman has a bad attitude. We stay here often and there is always leaking waking up, walking into puddles of water. If it’s not the refrigerator it’s the air conditioner. That can become a nuisance. Other than that, the aesthetics of the place is great. The ability to cook full meals is great location great. Outside of the construction going on across the street now
