House is awesome for those that want a getaway from society. It is deep in the woods. First, make sure you understand that at this location or area, there are ticks. I found one when I first came on the wall upstairs hallway. Assume it was just a bug. The next day, my friend had on his neck crawling up while in the bed. I contacted the Host; she responded that that is appears normal for the area and to check ourselves when we come in from outside. Cause basically we are bringing them. Please make sure that you check all appliances in any location including TVs. I arrived and noticed that there were no TVs in the rooms other than the bunk bedroom (assuming the kids' room). My friend lives on TV. I noticed that the TV was not plugged in and moved it from the bunk bedroom to his room. Right next door. I plugged it in and when i powered it on, i noticed the crack screen. I contacted the host and sent pics of the tv in is room on and also in the bunk room on. She immediately responded that it was moved by and we damaged in transit. I told that i didn't damaged. She sent me a pic of the tv OFF, which does not show the crack. TV has to be on to see the cracked. Regardless, she wanted the money for the tv right away. I have insurance, so that was taken care. I just feel that the tv was cracked before we arrived and they got us to pay for a new one. Coffee machine and two pans were dirty. NOT cleaned. Bunk bedroom had towels on the bed and looked in disarray.
