The hotel was awful, no two ways around it. Also, I'm not one to give negative reviews. I'm easy to please. But they really dropped the ball. We arrived at our room, first thing I was suspicious was that it had a key lock when other rooms had a card lock. Once we went in, there was no phone, no garbage bin, no chair, we could hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was happening in our room which led us to discover that the wall had an opening connecting to other room. Big enough to see someone close to the window in next room. On the phone they said they had blackout curtains, but the room had openings on the side of the windows not covered by the blackout curtains. So as soon as the sun rose, 5am, we were up. Then, water heater wasn't working. Other than the bin, the chair and the phone, we also asked for extra blankets, as we had our daughter with us and her bed didn't have one. They said they would bring it, fix it, etc. Nothing was done. The second day I threw a fit in the reception. They promised to move me to another room. It had the chair, headlights, no bin, bad internet still. Asked for extra blankets and pillows, they said they were going to bring it. They didn't. Awful hotel. The only positive aspect is that beds are comfortable. I cannot even mention the location as a positive because there are other better hotels in the region.

Hotel dentro do padrão, mas pode melhorar na qualidade da limpeza, não houve limpeza mesmo colocando a placa, passou o dia todo sem limpeza, no fim do dia quando já precisa já estar no quarto foi que apareceu a funcionária. Bom parque para crianças, café da manhã bom, mas os bolos não são saborosos.

Fiquei, apenas, uma diária e gostei muito. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, o café da manhã é maravilhoso, a área da piscina, dentro do custo benefício, é muito boa. Ahhh, outra coisa, a localização é perto de tudo( mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e praia. No geral, um ambiente super agradável. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.
