Em frente a praia, ótimo café da manhã, boa limpeza, camareiras simpáticas e fácil acesso em tudo. Já fiquei outras vezes no hotel e o quarto das outras vezes era mais confortável. Dessa vez me deram uma acomodação no solo, bem inferior aos demais. No geral o hotel é bom.

Infelizmente não foi o que eu esperava no quarto havia um ruído muito forte um apito que não parava vindo do banheiro isso foi terrível sem falar da televisão que vários televisores ficavam logado no celular da pessoa não tinha como conseguir assistir o YouTube nem logar nada na televisão que outra pessoa foi verificado dos outros quartos ficavam movimentando desligando mudando o que a pessoa estava assistindo foi algo que nem o próprio hotel soube informar ou resolver E também sem falar do café da manhã que poderia ter mais variações principalmente na proteína ninguém merece salsicha toda manhã Porém foram dias felizes que eu passei em João pessoa como Eu amo esse lugar.

O quarto era ótimo. Mas no geral nos decepcionamos bastante. O local do cafe da manhã é absurdamente quente, tem um ar condicionado no local mas estava muito sujo, e quando questionei um funcionário sobre o ar ele apenas respondeu de forma ríspida “tá no máximo”. O café da manhã é muito MUITO simples, as louças do café são mal lavadas e tudo tem uma aparência de sujeira. Tentamos tomar banho de piscina mas além de ser minúscula, estava muito suja, a água estava suja, com uma gosma branca e cheia de cabelo, as paredes sujas, estava nojento! Os funcionários da recepção são super solícitos e tem um rapaz que ajuda a carregar as malas, extremamente educado! Mas a limpeza de um hotel é o básico, esperava mais e nesse hotel não voltamos mais.

Minha experiência no hotel teve seus altos e baixos. O estacionamento foi um desafio, pois não havia vagas disponíveis e o espaço na frente estava sujeito a cobrança, tornando a chegada e a descida das malas um pouco complicadas. Por outro lado, a limpeza do quarto era impecável, e um mimo com um bilhete de boas-vindas foi um toque encantador. O quarto, reformado, contava com um secador potente, o que foi excelente. O café da manhã, estava bastante lotado, o que dificultou um pouco a experiência. Na recepção, um funcionário se destacou pela cordialidade, ajudando com as malas e perguntando sobre a viagem, o que foi muito atencioso. Contudo, notei que os demais funcionários estavam mais focados em seus computadores e não cumprimentavam os hóspedes. No geral, a estadia teve seus pontos positivos, mas algumas áreas podem ser melhoradas para proporcionar uma experiência mais agradável.

O hotel é excelente, de frente para praia, próximo a quiosques e restaurantes, tem uma feira gastronômica perto bem legal e o chuveiro do quarto é excelente! Infelizmente o número de vagas do estacionamento é bem pequeno para o número de apartamentos e tivemos que deixar o carro na rua e apesar de cobrarem a taxa pet não fornecem nada para o pet, nem o tapetinho higiênico e nem o pote para água.
