The ladies are very good and friendly. The room is different from the description on hotels.com website. There are no refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, and kettle in the room. They are in the kitchen down stair. The bathroom is outside the room and there is no bathtub. The location is great which is very close to East Gate shopping mall. The TV is large. It's worth to stay.

Bad Experience

My room was not ensuite and my bathroom and toilet where across from my room. even though i was told that it would be my private bathroom on my first morning I found that my bathroom had been used overnight. On Friday night I was kept up by 2 young men who were in the room next door talking until 4am in the morning. I will never stay at 27 Angus again

A good choice.

We had a one night stopover. We found everything in great condition. The only thing we didn’t like is that our bathroom was across the passage, but the really great shower made up for this. Good, quiet location and Janet who let us in and showed us around was very attentive and helpful.

My stay was relaxing and very comfortable. I must give credit to The lady Katie that cleaned my place, She was warm, very pleasant ,friendly and very helpful. Mevis the other help could be friendlier. I found she was not too helpful or friendly.
