First people said no checking bevor 4:00 pm. But on website is 3:00 pm. Than direct in front of the door smelling garbage cans from the hall complex. Complete Apartment smells like a garage can. Than i beome from the owner a message Apartment 375 wait there almost 15 min. After i called him back he said now Apartment 182. But thats not all. In the Apartment cockroach. Try cancelation over expedia. He call with owner no refund. What this? This is the reason why I left expedia after 15 years platinium user. Next he offer waching machine. This machine was defected. Smelling water inside. Pump damaged. I was long time traveling in Africa need cleaning my stuff. Spoked with cleaning personal. She told me problem long time. No clothes horse can't drying my stuff. Is not all but enough. Want forgot this experience....

No t-paper…. really

I arrived and they didn’t know that I was staying over. I had to check in to the hospital the next morning and there wasn’t even toiletpaper. I left immediately and booked into another place. Personnel at gate was super unfriendly. I lost my money because virtual agent wasn’t able to refund me. Will never use this app to book again.

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Beim 1. Aufenthalt in Apartment 1 (EG) gab es teilweise kein Wasser im ganzen Komplex, dafür konnte der Vermieter nichts. Für das Load-Shadding natürlich auch nichts. Die Wohnung war von der Aussattung her ok. Fehlende Handtücher wurden nachgeliefert. Leider waren im Kühlschrank Ameisen. Beim 2. Aufenthalt gab es durchgehend kein Wasser - der Vermieter hat uns leider nicht vorgewarnt, was er hätte durchaus machen können, da er meine Nummer bereits hatte. Wir konnten nicht duschen. Die Wohnung (mit der gleichen Nummer) lag dieses Mal komischerweise in einem anderen Gebäude im 2.OG - das wussten wir vorher nicht. Es gab nicht genug Handtücher, keine 4 Tassen, keine 4 Gläser, keine 4 Teller, etc. - für 4 Erwachsene ziemlich doof. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, es standen einige Möbel zu viel dort, daher wirkte es eher wie ein Möbellager. (z.B. 2 große Kühlschränke, 1 überdimensional großer Sessel). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war dieses Mal sehr zäh, Antworten kamen erst Stunden später. Daher waren meine Familie und ich mit unserem 1. Aufenthalt vom 23.-25.11. noch einigermaßen zufrieden, mit dem 2. vom 12.-13.12. aber überhaupt nicht zufrieden! Ich kann hier Hotels.com und Waterfall Ridge leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen und eine Teil-Erstattung der Kosten wäre aus meiner Sicht absolut angebracht. Viele Grüße von Daniela Weber
