Charleston Trip

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved it. The cozy guesthouse is beautiful and was perfect for us. The place was very clean and had eveything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

This was a gorgeous property nestled very close to Hart Meadows Ranch, a wedding venue. This worked perfectly for our little getaway and we loved getting to pet the nice dog. They also had a book on the constitution that I got to read and ordered one for myself! We also went on a boat ride to Morris Island Lighthouse while we were there and I definitely recommend this property to anyone around or near Johns Island.

The guesthouse was well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and the host was communicative. I'd be glad to recommend to anyome staying in the area. Note:There is a winery experience mentioned on the guest review form on VRBO but we did not encounter that.

Cozy treehouse!

This was the perfect place to stay for our recent trip to Charleston. We were visiting our son and daughter in law to meet our newest grandson! This cottage was only 3 miles from their house and a much better location than trying to drive back and forth from the downtown hotels. Saved us so much time! Very cozy digs, almost a tree house feel! We didn't need a kitchen so didn't miss that. Very comfy large bed and a perfect place for 2 people. Very clean. Don't let the location scare you, it was actually quite easy to find. We will definitely be back! Thanks Sam!

Beautiful apartment in the woods

My husband and I stayed there. The bed was very comfortable. The place was new and very clean. We loved the location. Sam was extremely helpful and promptly answered any concerns I had. Would stay here anytime!

Nice stay on Johns Island

Very private and quiet space, nicely equipped and exactly as advertised. I stayed 3 days and had zero issues or problems, but host was easy to reach. l would not hesitate to stay here again! The only other comment I would make is that Google/Apple maps is a bit off - you have to drive just a bit farther down the road and turn right into the driveway, just past the little white church.

What a wonderful spot this property is! So tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and cozy. It is conveniently located between Charleston and Kiawah if you want to experience both. Sam is a wonderful host and responds very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Easter weekend

A quiet place to regroup after hours in family gatherings. Nice to have our own space. The place is quiet, sort of remote feeling but close to everything. Obviously a lot of thought and care went into preparing this place. It is beautiful and the host is very responsive to every note I sent. Loved it. Well, maybe not the stairs for these old knees but it was good exercise for them! Lol

Awesomeness

My husband & I stayed at Sam’s for his birthday weekend & it was amazing! The place was immaculate & a very comfortable “home away from home”! The location was prime in that it was close to all of the major areas that we went to while there (Charleston, James Island & Folly Beach, to name a few)
all about a 15-30 min drive away. Sam, himself, was very attentive & responsive & just a phone call
a few short steps away if needed. But, as I alluded to earlier, everything was perfect, so we didn’t need to call on him for anything
because he had already thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in that area in the future!

Great Thanksgiving visit

Great place to stay while visiting family !!! Host was very easy to get ahold of to see property. Wanted to find it in the daylight as property could be tricky to fine at night. Really well decorated & clean!!!!! Thanks for everything !!!
