Another awesome stay...9/10 stars for my group

I have stayed with this owner before, he makes it a point to ensure that your stay will be absolutely comfortable and your needs are well taken care off. We had a group of 9 and he was able to provide another mattress to accommodate the extra person but truthfully, the entire apartment was possible to have 10-12 people staying in it. Being located above KSL (5 minutes from the checkpoint), your entertainment needs are all checked. Your only trouble would be if you have enough time to do everything. Food wise, you're surrounded by rows of shops, including the famous bak kut teh (pork ribs soup), dim sum, frog leg porridge and of course the many eateries in KSL itself. My only downside would be the temperature of the shower, it wasn't the warmest water that you can get but decent enough to have a ice-cold shower. Those whom are driving, they are very strict now; you'll need car decals and access card to be able to go through the gantry. Alex was top-notch on this, he would communicate with you the day before checkin with very clear instructions and have everything ready for you. Even as a form of security, you'll need to let him know that you've checked in cause he wants to ensure that everything is good for you. Good experience and I strongly recommend any big groups to stay at this apartment.

Awesome!

Great stay, have tried other units from same owner which is why I trust them! This apartment is very spacious and clean, a feel of being at home. Went there with 6 other family members, and all are very pleased with this place. Will definitely return again with a longer stay and more relatives. Toiletries, towel, drinking water, coffee and tea are provided. There is even a mahjong set, which didn’t manage to utilise and play this trip, along with poker cards. All in all, awesome. Thank u!

Perfect location next to shopping mall and many eateries. Only downside is absence of luggage storage service since it is an apartment as opposed to a hotel.

Spacious and convenient

All is good, check in was easy with clear instructions from Alex (Host). Necessity provision provided like towels, disposable toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoos/shower soaps, hair dryer and first aid kit. The stay was pleasant with great view from 1 of the bedroom and balcony.
