Large rooms, clean but the bright colours amazing! And i know it’s Legoland but it truly exceeded any expectations i had. Lego everywhere, carpet, elevator doors just everywhere. I am nearly 60 & loved it so any little kids, what a dream come true

The Lego themed rooms were unique and attractive to kids. Kids could also be engaged with the lego play area at hotel lobby. The theme park and water park was good. Sea life was not big but reasonably ok.

Over all are good, staffs are friendly, especially Jeslin at reception counter, helps me a lot. The room is clean and the little boy likes the Lego treasure. Hotel is just next to theme parks, easy to change clothes when the boy gets wet.

We stayed recently for a 2nd time (and probably last time) at the Legoland hotel. Although the hotel staff is extremely nice, and the breakfast is amazing (along with appearances of the Lego Chef); however, the rooms and the hotel are in real need of renovations. The rooms feel outdated, and things don’t work the way they should. Shower area in our bathroom was uneven, because of this water would drain outside to the drain next to the toilet rather than flowing to the shower drain. It made the bathroom floor mat as well as area around toilet very wet. Also, I still don’t understand that why there’s only one soap dispenser at only the kids wash basin. Most likely we will opt for other options next time which are in better condition, more spacious and offer more value for money.

Stayed at Legoland Resort as part of a family holiday to the theme park. Was really easy and convenient staying here, particularly for access to the park. Above all, we had excellent service. Always helpful and always met with a smile - both at the hotel and theme park. Really made it a pleasant visit.

Nice hotel if taking kids to Legoland. Rooms can comfortably accommodate a family of 4. Good amenities provided. The downside is that the hotel was hyper busy during our visit and the breakfast area very congested.

Kids loved the themed rooms, whole experience was uniquely Lego. Even the decorations in the room and the cutlery holders in restaurant made of Lego. With the multi park entry, we visited the wet park as well as the wet rides in the dry park on the first day. Then second day we went on all the other dry rides.

It was a great holiday for kids 12 & below. Maybe the controls of the room for the air-con temperature could be fixed. We could not adjust the temperature but could only adjust the fan speed.
