A long wait that disrupted the stay experience

Checking in was terrible. We informed the hotel upon our arrival at 10am. We were assured that we will be informed once a room is made available. In the end, the room wasn't ready, even after the check in time at 3pm. We waited till almost 4pm to get our room. Having travelled since 4am, it was a terrible wait.

Short Impromptu Staycation

This was my 2nd stay at this great renowned hotel in Johor Bahru. The room was slightly smaller than the previous stay. Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient. The only room for improvement (RFI):- 1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning. 2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend. 3) Kindly consider allocating some more friendly parking space for motorbike-riding guests to park at the lobby-front.
