Non-existent wifi accomodation in JB

I’ve been there for two days. The wifi speed was terrible. In fact, it’s virtually non-existent. Problem even loading webpages, let alone streaming. Staff said due to full occupancy which I’m skeptical as I tried and validated in the evening, night and late morning. Having said, location is superb and close walking to amenities.

The place is like a run down motel instead of a hotel. Room cleanliness is very disappointing, bed sheet and pillow case all stained.

terrible stay, do not recommend anyone to stay. Not worth 30 sgd for that kind of quality. Lobby was dirty, room was dirty and had a bad stench. Toilet, room wall floor and door is dirty with stain. Absolutely horrendous.

I booked online and then when i arrived they said they were overbooked. Nothing was conveyed till i tried to check in and then no alternative was given. Poor service
