Very clean, comfortable beds, all the amenities you need. We had a 2 year old, and were pleasantly surprised to find appropriate toys and books.You do need to be aware that there are steep stairs leading to the unit. Bring your own hair dryer. If you don't plan to wash your hair, every time you shower..bring a shower cap. The master bath shower head is very high on the wall, making it almost a rainfall shower head.We enjoyed our stay, and will probably stay again. Definitely recommend, as long as you don't have any mobility issues. I'm sure the ground floor unit is just as nice, if you can't take the stairs.

The Bell Tower Haven was just as promised. We had 4 adults and 1 teen with loads of space. The location was great for us. We were a walk away from some places and brief car rides anywhere else we needed to go. Very quiet and restful stay for when we returned in the evening. James the Host was attentive and very helpful so there wasn’t anything unexpected. Perfect location if you are coming in for a graduation from Uni. of St. Francis or a wedding at St. Rays Cathedral - both are walking distance! Well done James.

What a great trip!

Seamless check-in. Pictures are true representations of the apartment. Quiet neighborhood, easy travel to downtown Chicago and the casinos. James was a wonderful host, checking in to make sure if we needed anything at all. Apartment was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were fabulous! We look forward to staying again!

Nice place, maybe not great for people with noisy kids

So our stay was good but we went on new years and our kids were a little excited about watching the ball drop. We got a complaint for being to noisy. I don't think we'd stay again for that reason alone. Having to make sure you're quiet for the people down stairs was kind of annoying to be honest.

Family visit to Chicago area

The unit was very spacious. It was clean, and well taken care of. Well stocked with all the things you would need. Easy to find and loved the van parked right outside unit and in a driveway. He communicated well and checked on us during our week stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was clean, nicely renovated and decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed with a nice dining space to accommodate our 7 person family. The spacious living room allowed us to spread out. It is in walking distance to many local restaurants/businesses. The host was friendly and easy to contact.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and we had a fantastic stay. James was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was close to restaurants and stores. We would definetly stay again!

Great Home Base for a Visit with Family!

The apartment is clean, just as shown in the listing photos, and very well appointed with all the things you might want or need during your stay! The check-in, parking, and check-out instructions were clear and communicated promptly. James was an attentive host who made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. This was a perfect home base as we visited family in the area. Space enough for a family of five and the TVs in each room were a big hit! Would definitely stay here again on future visits to the area.

Perfect Location for Our Family Vacation

We booked our stay with James nearly a year out, James was accommodating and prompt with date changes as we finalized our trip. Communication was great and timely. When we asked about grocery stores and other retail stores nearby James provided us with several options. The location was perfect for our stay as we had a couple meetings in Joliet but wanted to spend several days in Chicago. The property was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying with James if you are traveling to Joliet.
