The place was clean. The staff was nice. The housekeeping was very poor. We was there for 5 nights and only got a good housekeeping 1 day! The other days they didn’t restock the coffee and cups, one day they just emptied the bathroom trash nothing else. I ask for full housekeeping service and all the did was just made the bed!!! Did not even empty the trash , and when I say just made the bed, that’s all the did that day, and Did Not change the sheets!!! The breakfast some days was okay, but most of the days it was nasty!!! Unless you want waffles, toast, or yogurt then it would be okay! The beds were nice. The keys only worked 1/2 of the time, the bookkeeping was ver poor!!! We paid for our room, left to go eat and they called us 3 times wanting to know when we were going to pay for it and check out!!! This happened 4 out of the 5 days that we were there!!! We only got a decent rate for 2 nights, they wouldn’t honor the cheaper rates, because we needed to stay longer due to an emergency family tragedy, and they made sure they CHARGED FULL PRICE!!!

The room was very clean, comfy king bed with nice bed sheets. Breakfast was adequate with eggs,sausage, waffles and fruit. Coffee is some of the best of any hotels we've used. Ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. Will stay here whenever in town.

The room was clean and nice. It was quiet even though we were there on New Years Eve. The only problem was the breakfast. Previous reviews I read had said it was great but not when we were there. The “hot” food was lukewarm and had not been refreshed. After being refreshed, it looked subpar. It just wasn’t what we would expect after such good reviews.
